A U.S.-based construction technology company partnered with us to modernize collaboration between general contractors and subcontractors. Their goal was to develop a unified digital platform that streamlines construction bidding, automates contract management, centralizes project documentation, and improves real-time visibility across the entire project lifecycle.

Our Approach

We assembled a cross-functional team of engineers, QA specialists, and product leaders to design and develop a scalable, full-featured web application within six months. Leveraging modern technologies such as MongoDB, Next.js, and Python, we built a robust platform structured around five core modules:

General contractors can easily post project requirements, invite and receive bids from subcontractors, and evaluate proposals within a centralized dashboard. This streamlined process improves transparency, reduces manual coordination, and accelerates decision-making.

Once a bid is approved, the platform automatically generates customized contracts based on predefined templates. These contracts are seamlessly routed for secure digital signatures via DocuSign, significantly reducing paperwork, errors, and turnaround time.

Real-Time Project Tracking

Interactive dashboards provide real-time visibility into project progress, including cost breakdowns, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. This ensures all stakeholders remain aligned and accountable throughout the project lifecycle.

Centralized Documentation

All project-related documents are stored in a structured, secure repository organized by project and bid IDs. With controlled access, version tracking, and audit trails, users can easily retrieve documents while maintaining compliance and data integrity.
